These cute little articulated French Bulldog brooches are inspired by my own little rescue frenchie Wilfred. They have a 3D layered effect with his legs and moving arms, and his head is in three layers with his snout being most prominent. His legs move with small pins which are attached loosely and finished with a small metal loop at the back to allow for the legs to swing.

His little collar is made from teal perspex with a painted tag.

Each brooch comes packed on a backing card.

This brooch is approximately 9.5cm high, please see photos for scale. She is the perfect size for a coat or cardy, but is also not too chunky so can be worn daily without too much trouble. Due to the moving parts this brooch should be treated carefully and not worn near bags straps, stored anywhere unsafe and should not be exposed to water or moisture.

Each one is designed based on my original illustrations & made from laser cut perspex, hand painted and assembled in Sydney, Australia. Each brooch is made from perspex and is made from three layers of acrylic which is sturdy and will last a lifetime. Please treat this brooch with care, the back of the legs may catch on your clothing.

Each brooch is hand made and as such there may be small inconsistencies in the paint work, assembly and laser cutting. Please be aware no brooch is likely to be perfect, there may be glue marks, teeny scratches on the perspex or from this item being made by hand.

I do go to great lengths to make everything to a standard I would be happy to receive, but please be aware I am only one person and I may miss things.

All brooches are sent safely packed in a mailing box, world wide. I use standard red satchels or express post within Australia and tracked airmail everywhere else.
